The PRIV. Manifesto

Reclaiming technology, one private experience at a time.

PRIV. builds digital tools and spaces where your personal life stays yours. We think digital privacy is a human right. It shouldn’t be an expensive extra or a setting buried in a menu.

We want to close the gap between powerful technology and data security. The internet today runs on tracking and ads, and we think an ecosystem built entirely on privacy can give control back to people.

Three commitments guide our work:

  • Data sovereignty. Your data stays under your control in every PRIV. product.
  • Transparency. In a world of surveillance, trust is the thing that counts.
  • Mindful engineering. Technology should serve you, not exploit your attention.

We bring together people, purpose, and technology to fix the modern web’s biggest problem: the commodification of human data. We’re building a secure, equitable, ad-free ecosystem.

Take back your digital life. Step into the new standard and be part of the change.

What We Stand For

1. Trust. We want to earn and protect yours. The tech industry broke it with hidden trackers, data brokering, and algorithmic manipulation. Whether you connect, create, or organize on the PRIV. network, we don’t mine your data or track your behavior. Every interaction stays yours.

2. You are the customer, not the product. When a service is “free,” you pay with your privacy. The whole PRIV. ecosystem runs on a plain paid subscription. We answer to users and never to advertisers, so we have no reason to harvest your data. No targeted ads. No data sales.

3. Minimalist design. We reject clutter, noise, and manipulative interfaces. Every PRIV. product is modern, minimal, and respectful of your time. We want your digital environment to bring clarity and focus, a quiet, well-designed place in a noisy world.

4. People and their privacy first. Privacy shapes every engineering decision we make. That includes strict crawler exclusion rules that block bots from scraping our platforms. Our tools improve your online life without asking for your personal information. A tech company without empathy and respect is a data farm, and we’re not one.

∞. The long game. We move with courage, clear communication, and first-principles thinking, and we let nothing compromise our vision. We believe the whole internet can be better, and we’re working toward a safer, quieter, more authentic digital world.
